We are proud to announce that the Adrien Bresy Library is powered by Koha, a leading open-source integrated library system. Koha enables us to efficiently manage our collection, streamline circulation processes, and enhance access to library resources through its intuitive interface and advanced features.
With Koha, patrons can easily search our catalog, request materials, renew loans, and access their account information online. This seamless integration of technology empowers users to explore, discover, and engage with library resources from anywhere, at any time.

WEB OPAC FACILITIES:

LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Library Membership:
- All students, faculty, and staff of St. Charles College of Education are automatically members of the library.
- External users may access the library with prior approval from the college secretary.
Library Conduct:
- Maintain a conducive environment for study and research.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other library users.
- Refrain from engaging in disruptive behavior, including loud conversations, use of electronic devices without headphones, and eating or drinking in designated areas.
Borrowing Privileges:
- Present a valid college ID card to borrow library materials.

Renewals and Returns:
- Borrowed materials may be renewed online through the Web OPAC or in person at the circulation desk, provided there are no holds on the items.
- Return borrowed materials on or before the due date to avoid fines.
Lost or Damaged Materials:
- Report lost or damaged materials to the library immediately.
- Users are responsible for the replacement cost of lost or damaged items, as determined by the management.
Reserve Collection:
- Reserve materials may be borrowed for short periods as specified by faculty members.
- Use reserve materials responsibly and return them promptly to allow fair access for all users.
USE OF ELECTRONIC RESOURCES:
- Access electronic resources available through the library’s website for academic purposes only.
- Respect copyright laws and licensing agreements when using electronic resources.
FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS:

COMPLIANCE:
Failure to comply with library rules and regulations may result in suspension of borrowing privileges or other disciplinary actions as determined by the management.
